I am writing this to share with all of you. Some of you have never met me personally and some of you have been with me since I was a teeny weeny Tina.
As a child, I inherited my father’s dream of doctoring and have spent the last 40+ years living a dream that was partially mine and definitely also designed to please my parents.
English was not favorite class, even though I devoured books and LOVE LOVE LOVE to read.
In the past, I have written 2 short children’s books and some chapters and pages in collective anthologies, but on FEBRUARY 13th, I am delivering to the world my first real solo book.
The book –like my podcast from which the book was curated—is called YOUR HEALING PLAYGROUND: How Play Pleasure and Connection unlock your body’s power to heal.
In it, I have put to paper some of my thoughts on healing –sharing some of my deepest beliefs with the public.
I am celebrating this accomplishment and letting go of attachment of how this book will be received.
Simultaneously, I want to share these thoughts and lessons with as many of you as possible and hope to encourage individuals to feel empowered to listen within, to choose your own unique healing path and to celebrate the fullness of life always—living well even if feeling ill.
Dripping with pleasure, play and joy always, not fearing what life may bring tomorrow: deeply trusting that all of life (the hills and valleys both) are just new experiences that prove your aliveness.

I work with women who want to resolve the root cause of their symptoms through a simple, holistic, step-by-step plan that allows them to rediscover their energy, sail through the day, experience the gratitude of being alive, finding pleasure in activities of daily living and finally sleep well at night without the worry of handfuls of pills or complicated diet and exercise plans.
My mission is to empower women to reclaim the joy of being alive—to wake up feeling refreshed, to experience gratitude in ordinary moments, and to find pleasure in the simple activities that once felt draining. I support them in creating a lifestyle where wellness feels intuitive, not overwhelming—without relying on handfuls of pills, harsh restrictions, or complicated diet and exercise routines.
